EQ only cycle

Can I make some strength and size gains using 400mg Eq/ Week? I am new to AAS and this is what I have access to. I am looking for strength over size since I am an athlete. I have trained for over 5 years - 5'9 190 lbs. Thanks!
 
No Equipoise by itself will not acheive what you are seeking. It is a good stacking drug in both mass and cutting cycles but it does not work effectively alone.

Run a Test with it and you will be good to go...
 
Try doing the EQ maybe 2x per week along with test prop. Something like 200mg EQ/100mg Prop x 2 days per week should be suffice and would cause some nice lean gains along with strength. You could inject on Mon/Thur or Tue/Fri and still keep fairly stable levels in the blood.
 
I agree with proud its how I ran it a long time ago. It worked very well for lean muscle gains and a hard cut look. It takes EQ some time to kick in and when you get the hunger from it eat clean no matter what! When you combine the 2 as well the injection site is not as sore than with just prop alone.

For me I don't really see anything till around the 8 week mark. I would run it for 10 weeks if you are taking it alone.
 
EQ 400mg/week (200mg 2x per week)
Test prop 200mg/week (100 2x per week)
would That be suffice and would It cause some nice lean gains along with strength. Think of inject on Mon/Thur or Tue/Fri would that keep fairly stable levels in the blood.
 
I've gotten great gains from EQ alone but my doses were in the 600 - 800mgs a week. It may sound like a lot but if you're on EQ alone it will provide great results and killer pumps and vascularity if you eat clean and work hard
 
ok i did run EQ alone once. ( wont again cause its quite expensive to be worth it) but if its all you have access to, then I agree with mike run 600-800mgs a week and try for 12 weeks, you dont really start to notice the effects till around wk 8 and the next 4 weeks will make most the difference, ,,, now if you eat really clean on it you should love the lean gains you get and keep most of it as well. however i have to say find some test to go with it, it will make a world of difference, I'm sure if you use your head you can find some test.
 
would a 1-4 week d-bol 1-8 test e 250 weekly and 200 eq 1-10 be good first cycle , is there any bad shit with eq dht cholestarol thanks.

that is a good cycle for a first timer provided you have the proper ancillaries.
Are you prone to MPB?
 
I like EQ cuz it makes me hungry. I learned along time ago not to expect much from it...like the others said 5-8 weeks b4 it kicks in and a MINIMUM of 600mg a week to see the small but high quality gains.
I never get just EQ for friends cuz I know they wont see tne kind of gain they think they will get cuz its a "roid"
