ok i did run EQ alone once. ( wont again cause its quite expensive to be worth it) but if its all you have access to, then I agree with mike run 600-800mgs a week and try for 12 weeks, you dont really start to notice the effects till around wk 8 and the next 4 weeks will make most the difference, ,,, now if you eat really clean on it you should love the lean gains you get and keep most of it as well. however i have to say find some test to go with it, it will make a world of difference, I'm sure if you use your head you can find some test.
