Newbie with a not so newbie question(I HOPE!)

I know this is not what you want to hear, but at 130 lbs, you have not built any foundation for AAS to work. You need a good 3-4 years of solid training before even thinking about steroid use, and we don't advocate that you use them in the first place. You don't seem to have posted your age. If you are under 21, you don't want to touch steroids.

Anyone else want to jump in here?

Tony is right, it sounds like you haven't reached your potential through diet and if you start using now you will cut your natural potential short and have to rely on AAS for the rest of your life to make any worthwhile gains. You need to post some more information about yourself such as AGE and years training. I can tell you right now that I know for a fact you're not eating enough quality food and your protein is probably way too low. The most ANABOLIC thing you can put into your body right now is FOOD. Post up your stats and we'll help you stack some muscle on and then recommend a good cycle that includes test in it after you've gained at least 15 or 20lbs naturally.

alright bro, just like these two experienced gents have said you shouldnt be thinking about steroids until you build a SOLID foundation bro. You do need to eat a shit load if youre trying to bulk up and keep your protien, clean carbs and healthy fats high ( Lots of chicken, tuna and eggs, whole wheat pasta and oatmeal and omega 3 fats and the sort)

Also how long have you been working out for? Please do posts stats as well. I get this all the time from people saying they cant gain weight no matter what they do and the problem is theyre never eating enough, so eat eat eat and dont worry about putting on a some bodyfat, you can always cut that later.

In regards to the question about your cycle, i wouldnt even mess around with any of those compounds on a first cycle. A good first cycle would be 500mgs a week of test Enathate split into two 250mg shots spaced over a week.

BUT do not do this if you havent created a good base for yourself, and like mike said if you dont go to your full potential b4 using gear you will have a REALLY hard time making any decent gains for the rest of your life when no on gear. Anything else bro just ask, and post those stats.

Yeah it seems to me you have the work-out down pretty good. But yeah your diet could use some work.In order to build and sustain muscle you should be getting at least 1gr. of protien per pound of bodyfat a day.The vegeterian thing I don't know much about,I'm a meat and potato guy myself. If you are going to use anabolics they won't do you much good without the protien. One of the main things they do is raise your body's ability to use protien"protien synthesis".
I really don't like to tell people what kind of gear to take I'll let one of the other guy's help with that.I do agree with mike,if you do decide to use gear you really need to think about adding some Test. in the mix.Tren and Boldenone are pretty strong for a first cycle. If it were me and if I'm wrong guy's tell me,I would use Test and deca. But like I said I'll let one of the other guy's help you with that.
But anyway I hope I helped a bit and welcome to the board!these are a great bunch of guys here and don't ever hesitate to ask anything. No one here is going to flame you and will go out of there way to answer your questions.

bro, you need to eat about 5000 calories per day for a few months and see where that takes you. Just eat and eat and eat ,train, and rest. You might gain some fat, but at 8% and a fast metabolism like you got you will put on a lot of muscle with it. At that weight you just don't need AAS yet. You should be able to get to 150-160lbs without them. Besides tren and eq wouldn't be a cycle I would advice for a newbie.

don't waste your money on Cell-tech and Nitro-Tech bro. Get yourself a good protein supplement and some glutamine and that's all you'll need right now. A good place to shop is Trueprotein.com this way you can make a custom blend and leave out any additives that don't fit with your diet/lifestyle.

bud at 130# most weight is going to be quality LOL jk
i would invest in a nice meal replacement also..you need to eat eat eat..good carbs, healthy fats and high protein..as a veg its hard to eat the protein you need so invest in some slow digesting protein mixes, milk, egg, casein etc..add some olive oil to it also to slow down the digestion process..N-large is a good meal replacement, Musclemilk there are several protein companies that allow you to make your own to your own needs and requirments also..good luck bud and stay away from the gear till you get your diet down..once you stop gaining then hit us back up and i promise i will come up with something that will damn well make you grow..

Well you've got a lot of awesome feedback, so like others said, keep training hard, get plenty of rest, and most importent of all, is eatttt...and yes when you eat eggs take out the yolk and just eat the egg whites. Eat every 2-3 hours, about 5-6 meals a day, and take in atleast 200grams of protien a day, get what you can naturally, then someone will recomend you a cycle, and you'll be glad you waited, good look man, and if you have any other questions feel free to ask, good luck.

P.S. I hear eating to many eggs is very hard on your liver. What you think of cutting out the yolks? Seems that would weed out all the nast crap. I Just want to make sure that the weight I gain is QUALITY weight.

eggs hard on the liver? its funny that someguy who drinks 7 nights a week is usually the one to come up with bullshit info. like that.

Ive eaten a dozen eggs (mostly whites) everyday for years now and my liver is fine.
