You're not going to raise your testosterone eating peanut butter sandwiches buddy, the reason you got better results when you were doing that is because of the extra calories you were consuming, it wasn't neccessarily the peanut butter although PB is good for you. You don't need to worry at all about your testes shrinking or any of the other side effects because what you're doing is trying to raise your NATURAL levels of test which at your age you really don't need to worry about anyway. The only reason you would need to think about that is if you were taking a supplement or using AAS that raises your test to unnatural levels... Keep up the reading and hard work buddy.
 
yeah but not really noticable in the gym though bro if it was then thats all body builders would eat lol.

malic, dont worry about your testes shrinking buddy LOL. Its not the peanut butter that raises natrual test levels man, its eating ALOT of food and keeping your body ina constant anabolic state my friend. Also as long as your getting in about 30% of your cals from efa's 40% carbs and 30% protien youre going to grow anyways, as long as the calorie count is high bro.

Your nuts wont shrink unless your test levels are unnarturally high, like when on cycle at higher levels, and trust me, youre body is not going to natrually produce 500mgs of test a week LOL or none of us would ever use em!
 
Your testies will not shrink unless you are introducing atificially high doses of test into your body. And even then its not that pronounced unless you run test or other componds similar, for a signifigant period of time. There is no food or legal sup that will ever have that effect on the male test production. Andro, m1t, and others like them did have a very small impact but, you cant even get those supps anymore due to the constant ever faster growing degradation of our legal rights as americans to do what ever to our bodies we see fit to due.
