Lat injections

Just wondering who did them and what your take was on this method versus other methods.

I've done them twice but only with IGF so it doesn't really count because you could stick a slin pin it anywhere with ease...

I had a really sore shoulder blade and I wanted to try and get the IGF as close to it as possible to try and speed the healing.

Did that work?

to be honest, I felt immediately better the next day, I can't prove it was the IGF but anytime I've ever had problems I've always healed faster with it. Not sure if it is that site specific or a placebo effect.

I've always wondered about nerve endings in that area. Or is that not suppose to be a concern?

you do need to be careful about that- I always make sure that I know where everything is(muscle-wise). I decided to keep all my injections on the upper body two years ago so I had to find new sites to inject.

I know a pro who does lat, delts, traps and damn near the center of his back and he uses primobolon every time, i never heard of anyone else doing this shit but him until now,

I've used the lats with test cyp before (25g x 1" pin). I've also applied IGF there before as well--no placebo effect. I have "wings" now, and I also healed much faster while using it, too.

LOL, yes spot injections with an esterless aas cause localized growth so suspension and winny as well as others will cause localized growth. Alot of ppl including myself stick pecs, tris, and delts. I wont do bi's but I'm toying with the idea of lats also but if you dont have alot of meat there already it wouldnt be a good idea imho b/c yes there are alot of veins and nerves you can hit.

Exactly- lagging parts- that is why I stick to upper body. What may le lagging to me may not be lagging to others especially those that don't know about building a body.
We are out own worst critics- remember that competition at any level is tough and you have be proactive in who your competition is going to be and prepare accordingly.

I haven't tried lats yet. Maybe if I get a little more meat there to play with. It's an awkward position to start with. All this talk of nerves doesn't make me wanna try it either. I hate that twitch you get when you nick one.

just a heads up, i stuck my outer thigh once apparently hit a nerve and the muscle stoped firing for an entire year, it was totaly flacid, took a long time to build that thigh back up, its why i havent been on stage since, so be very careful when going anyplace but the rear end

also i just read on genxxl or xtraxxl as is their new name, anyways a guys pec stopped firing today i think it was, he says he flexes his pecs and the one side is totaly flacid so be careful is all i say

I've had my delt twitch before, but I immediately pulled the pin out when it happened. Luckily, I haven't had any problems so far.

yeah I did the same and pulled the pin. I wonder if the second twitch on the other side was just am inadvertant subconcious reaction because my body was on high alert after the first one and maybe I wasn't near a nerve... hmmmm it's possible.
