fuck i am pissed lower back is strained like a mf. went to do squats couldnt get 225 without irritateing my back maybe i need to go to the bone cracker never been, and been lifting for about 14 years without a break. not anything over 2 weeks anyway. dont know starting to piss me off though. even stretch out for 10 miutes and do a set of hyper ext. doesnt help.dont know what to do. feel like it isnt a real leg work out without squats.
