Thinkin about runnin' IGF w/ Test Prop

I'm 39 y/o about 18% bf. Have trained pretty much non-stop from 21-30 then life happened. Resumed training (bodybuilding type lifting w/ LISS cardio about one year ago.

I look like a strongman, but I want to drop the fat.

Have any of y'all run Test Prop for the first time after age 35?

I have run Oral Halotestin twice and absolutely blew the hell up, but I'm seeking more quality at this point. I loved IGF and will run that as often as finances will allow.

Any direction would be appreciated re: dosing, pinning frequency, how much for how long, and PCT.
 
I would run 150-200mg test prop eod and 40mcg igf daily until u get close to where ya want to be bro

Sure, prop is excellent! Presser gave you a great usage guideline there.
 
35 is a great age to do some damage with that stack. IGF and that prop as outlined above should yield you impressive result. Personally I like double pressers dose of IGF but thats only cause It did a great thing in getting my left arm imbalance worked out in very short time. So I like 80mcg. daily.

Maybe a training style that includes a circuit style traning routine for cardio benefits as well. High rep work with intensity thrown in the mix of what you usually do maybe for 2-4 weeks.
 
8wks on prop,4wks on igf, nice gains but, i keep hurtin my joints, right knee i can only work a little , but the igf has been helping, got some drol to throw in there. hopefully my knee gets better. i want to run win and tren for 4wks but scared the winn will f*ck my knee up?

Pimp, you should not have blown up from Halo, its a strong androgen, but lacks anabolic activity. The only reason you could have blown up from that is if your diet was really bad, with loads of sodium. It was probably a diff drug structure they sold you. That being said, the Prop and IGF are really good, but keeping it simple is best, my suggestion is to add NPP to that cycle. Since prop has a short life and you will be pinning 3 days a week, that fast acting Deca will work great along side of it. It will help you out with more anabolic growth, and it will fill your joints with a thin layer of fluid and make you feel better. Its an old classic that never fails. Best of luck.

What's NPP?

I have a lot of research to do, such as....pins needed for test prop and sources for the gear, but it's all for the good.

I appreciate the feedback. On a sidenote, I decided to double-up on my cardio and abs and cut my lifting in half for 2 weeks, to shock my system and for fat loss. 2 days in, I get sick. I'm too sick to go to work today. I'll probably hit the floor for some ab work, but I got Vick's on my chest, Mucinix and Alka Selzer Cold stack goin right now.

NPP is Nandrolone Phenylproprienate, not sure on sp? But its a faster acting Deca. They stack well together. Do your research and you will see where to locate it. Good luck.
