Dexter guest posed this past weekend at the Philly Classic at a bodyweight of 253lbs...(thats what was told by the MC) ....:surprised

Dex said 248 but he said this is the biggest and hardest he's ever been in the offseason. Said he was takin his title back.

No in all seriousness.. Dexter is one of my Faves.. he has awesome abdominal region.. for being a MASSIVE MAN.. compared to say.. I dunno KAI GREENE.. who just looks FAT .. Lol.. BUT A GOOD Kind of Fat.. because of his absolute Massiveness..

Dex's Frame is just PERFECT.. but it's just NOT what the judges are looking for anymore it's weird.. They want pure SIZE.. which I can't blame them.. but we can all offer opinions.. but truth be told.. we all know PHIL HEATH won the Arnold Classic .. but some Kai won it..

And YES.. I am a Kai Greene Fan Also..

I like them all.. they give me something to STRIVE towards .. Anyone that Placed in the Top 16 at last yrs MR.O I believe are just phenomenally great bodybuilders.. In My Honest Opinion. They obviously HAVE to be .. to be at the Olympia but.. It just amazes me to No End to know that we can push our body's to that point...

Only a sponsorship could pay the bill for all that muscletech stuff a month. It would be cheaper to get on gear I suspect. Quads are bigger and his midsection still looks good.

conditioning he always brings. kai lost some of it when he bumped his weight up, but i think with dex's experience he ll hold it well
