Example of my back workout....Damn I do alot of sets

Did back today with one of my partners and realized we must love to train some back. haha. We do back twice a week, tuesday and Friday. Tuesday mainly focuses on upper back and traps and then friday its all about thickness for mid and lower lats. This is what we did today.

(warmed-up with lat pulldowns)
underhand barbell rows
One arm dumbell rows
T-bar rows
v-bar cable rows
hammer strength underhand lat pulls
hammer strength underhand low rows
hammer strenght overhand low rows

Damn man. I just changed my training to more of a volume (or blood volume) type of training today and did my best to get 500g of carbs. I felt awesome, but my strength plummeted with a fierceness!! I'll post up a thread about it tomorrow after the Tampa Pro/Am. Id like some critique.

T-bar rows--4 to 5 plates
v-bar cable rows--the stack
hammer strength underhand lat pulls--2 plates and a 25lb
hammer strength underhand low rows--is superseted with the overhand one. varies. 2 plates + on each
hammer strenght overhand low rows

3 to 4 sets each. varies aswell.

not bad, maybe try going medium heavy to heavy sometime though, looks like ur lifting 2 weeks out from a show, lmao
