Did back today with one of my partners and realized we must love to train some back. haha. We do back twice a week, tuesday and Friday. Tuesday mainly focuses on upper back and traps and then friday its all about thickness for mid and lower lats. This is what we did today.

T-bar rows
v-bar cable rows
