Insulin protocols ?

Who on the board has used insulin will sucess ? What kind of gains did you get from it ? Most people I know who have used insulin just got fat from it...I personally think that without the correct diet, and right carbs it will push glycogen into the fat and muscle cells...

When I used insulin in the past (I was pretty young, and didnt really know what I was doing...Beside the basics) I got very heavy, and put on a good amount of muscle...But, I was pretty fat to...not football lineman fat, but fat enough to look like a sloppy offseason bodybuilder...Not a look I like very much...

I have been thinking about ways to put on good muscle, without using super high doses...(what i consider high is test over 1500mg per week, tren over 400-500mg per week, d-bol over 100mg per week, ect, ectt) ...and insulin, HGH, and IGF-1 came to my mind...Yes, these muscle building items have been around forever now..but I never really have used them all together or even use HGH and insulin together...I know a few good national level guys that have used test, hgh, and insulin together to move up to another weight class..(one friend of mine, went from 220lbs onstage to about 235lbs...Close to the same conditioning as a heavy, but 15lbs good pounds heavier..) Look at Jason Huh he has gone from about 224lbs national level heavyweight to a true super at 255lbs...30lbs freakin pounds in about 3 years time...!!!:bber:

So my question is what do you think about insulin ?

If you had sucess with insulin, what protocol did you use ?

Do you know of any high level guru's or BB that have used insulin in the past, and what was the general program they used ?

I would love to find out a true, safe protocol, that actually works. I cant keep weight on me, even with gear, and I have never tried insulin. I never have been fat in my life, so I think I would be a good candidate, I just need the knowledge of a vet who has tried it
 
I think insulin is a must to play with the big boys on stage. My trainer as adviced me to start out slow and low and work my way up. Will be doing only 3iu PWO to sart with.
