Hello guys,
I have been seriously working out for the last 18 months and made some solid gains. But my lowerbody has grown significantly and my whole upper body is lagging behind.
Shifting the focus on upperbody i had decided to skip on legs and do them once a week or less. But one of my friends suggested that i do light weights and a lot of reps( around 20 - each set ) to get more definition. But i read somewhere that this theory is a myth and will not lead the desired cuts/definitions.
Any suggestion on how to approach this problem?
My stats:
Height 6.0
Weight:207 lbs
BF%: 17
Thanks in advance.
