Y3T Update

I finnaly got the last 6 weeks of my Y3T program. Thanx to Chris. I gotta say, I thought the 1st 6 weeks were intense, but the next 6 are just fckn insane!!!!! Totoaly diff exercises, rep ranges, triple drop sets with supersets. This is gonna be fun. Will keep you all updated on progress.
 
Yo Zeus, I've been in the 6-8 range for a few weeks...switched to the 10-12 range this past week...so, what should I do this week? 15+ reps? With drop sets thrown in, right?
