Over the last year it seems like I'm getting weaker in my legs. They don't seem solid like they used to and of course my back issues weren't helping. Silk finally got us into a Chiropractor last week and yesterday I was already noticeably stronger. My top one leg press on the Hammer was maybe 230 at best. Yesterday I did a solid set at 260.
I'm pretty excited to see what happens.
