Brazil’s Luana Pinheiro picked up her sixth consecutive stoppage win and did so in front of Dana White at Tuesday night’s DWCS Season 4: Week 9 event at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas. The 26-year-old landed a vicious combination to drop opponent Stephanie Frausto and then pounce with ground and pound before Jason Herzog stepped in to call a top to the action.

Pinheiro, a teammate of former featherweight champion Jose Aldo, didn’t need her top notch judo game as she earned her second consecutive victory via strikes. Prior to Tuesday night’s event, she landed a one-punch KO of Helen Harper at Brave FC 2019 in November 2019. [ #DWCS continues on #ESPNPlus ] pic.twitter.com/pvYYQlcyLp

Frausto, a Combate Americas and Invicta FC veteran, entered the fight with three consecutive victories as her UFC hopes—at least for now—will have to be put on hold.
