Nate Diaz | Esther Lin, MMA Fighting Jake Paul has drawn the ire of one of MMA’s most volatile personalities.
For better or for worse, Paul’s knockout win over longtime NBA veteran Nate Robinson from the recent Mike Tyson vs. Roy Jones Jr. boxing event had everyone in the combat sports world talking. Paul, a popular YouTube personality, followed up that viral moment with callouts of former two-division champion Conor McGregor and Bellator standout Dillon Danis, which included a brash challenge to the “The Notorious” that was released Monday.

Now UFC star Nate Diaz has decided that enough is enough. In an apparent response to Paul’s latest publicity stunt, Diaz issued a warning on Twitter:
Jake Paul u need your ass beat for free u spoiled fuck u can’t really fight dumbshit your gonna end up with your ass whooped for real somewhere talking like that

“Jake Paul, you need your ass beat for free you spoiled f*ck,” Diaz wrote. “You can’t really fight dumbsh*t. You’re gonna end up with your ass whooped for real somewhere talking like that.”
Having drawn another big MMA name into his web, Paul did not back down, writing, “You saw what happened to the other Nate.”

That response prompted Diaz to tweet at Paul’s older brother Logan—also a successful social media personality—telling him to “check this little ho b*tch before someone does.”

Paul has suggested that he’d like to see MMA fighters step into the boxing ring with him as opposed to the other way around and it seems inevitable at this point that he will cross paths with a cagefighter in some form or another. Bellator President Scott Coker recently confirmed rumors that his promotion has been in talks with the Paul brothers and MMA veteran Clay Collard told MMA Fighting that he would love to face off with Paul.
