Im still researching whats the best cycle for me and manyt hanks to you guys....
Ive been looking at doind Sus @ 500mgs a week and Deca @ 300-400Mgs a week. There was a debate over deca and EQ but ive asked about EQ locally and I got told that there is a lot of fake EQ about so stick with deca.
Anyway some people seem to just do Sus @ 500Mgs a week without the deca. Ive been reading up a lot and ive seen quite a few people who seem to do this for their first cycle.
Can anybody gve me any advantages/disadvantages of doing deca in the cycle please.....
Another thing, I asked locally and got told that I probably wouldnt put more that 14 lbs on by doind the sus and deca (and they said do it every 5 days) but by reading online it seems like people are putting on like 20 lbs. I dont want to really put on more that 14lbs becuase I dont want it to be very obvious to everybody round me that Im doing gear (especially as the girl friend is against me doing gear).
