Heinisch will face former title challenger Kelvin Gastelum in a main card matchup at UFC 258. The event takes place Saturday night at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas and will be headlined by a welterweight title bout between Kamaru Usman and Gilbert Burns.
Ahead of the 185-pound matchup, Heinisch joined MMA Fighting’s Mike Heck for a fight week discussion. “The Hurricane” talked his crazy 2020, what he thought watching Sean Strickland finish Brendan Allen after being scratched with a positive COVID-19 test two weeks prior, what his thoughts are on the movement and fresh faces in the middleweight rankings, his excitement to face a fighter with a name like Gastelum, knowing his opponent’s back is against the wall, and how he sees the fight playing out on Saturday.
