On Saturday’s UFC Vegas 19 broadcast it was announced that Angela Hill will meet Ashley Yoder at UFC Vegas 20. The event takes place at the APEX and will stream on ESPN+.
The two first met at the TUF 25 Finale in July 2017 where Hill earned a unanimous decision win.
Hill will be looking to get back in the win column after losing back-to-back close split decisions to Claudia Gadelha and Michelle Waterson. “Overkill” will enter the octagon for the fifth time in a 13 month span, which includes wins a second-round TKO stoppage of Hannah Cifers and a unanimous decision victory over Loma Lookboonmee.
Yoder recently snapped a two-fight skid when she defeated Miranda Granger via unanimous decision at November’s UFC Vegas 14 event. “The Spider Monkey” has gone 3-3 in her six fights since the loss to Hill, picking up decision wins over Amanda Cooper and Syuri Kondo.
UFC Vegas 20 will be headlined by a heavyweight matchup between Jairzinho Rozenstruik and Ciryl Gane.
