Need help with my costume....

Seriously this isn't a joke. I'm trying to find something to use for the hair. I was thinking of using polyfill but it only comes in white and I don't think it will take the colour if I dye it black. Does anyone else know what I could use for fake hair?

Shaved would be nice too. Maybe some cheap curly haired wigs, spread out. Are you going to apply glyceren or something for that moist look?

The wigs may work but if they cost around 10 bucks eahc that make for around 100bucks just for hair!!
