Can you ladies help me out?

Hi ladies I'm looking into getting some ideas for good healthy meals for breakfast. Usually I just have a protein shake, but I always get hungry after a couple of hours and I'm at work and usually don't take my lunch til around 2. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
 
I'm not a lady, but I like to have an egg white omelet (5 whites, 1 whole egg, some diced peppers and onions, maybe a little cheese) for my protein, and some lite (100 calorie variety) yogurt with some raw oats, fibre one, and/or granola mixed in, depending on the amount of calories I'm shooting for. I also put a little salsa on my omelet.
 
BTW, you're getting hungry because you need to eat again after a couple hours (even if it's just a small, healthy snack). You could eat the breakfast I described above, and then drink your protein shake midway between your breakfast and 2pm lunch.
