20 mg/day is a nice dose for a first run of it.
but 30 mg/day is ok for a short run of it and a definate increase in hardness.
i like to do it in 3 doses throughout the day. 8 am, 2 pm, 8 pm or something like that.
I've seen people go for 40 mg/day, but most of those people are semi pro/pro boxers who use it for aggression, strength.
