personally I'd hit it for 8 weeks on a pyramid cycle as follows...
this is per day/per week
.25mg/.5mg/.75mg/1mg/1mg/.75mg/.5mg/.25mg ... 8 weeks even both directions.
keep the carbs in moderation as you WILL have t3 carb crashes... and depending on how your body relaxes they can almost be 'narcoleptic'... so don't eat pretzels or pasta, or soda (w/ sugar) on heave t3 days. ...
spread out your doses when you hit multiple pills, for example:
1 .25mg'er in the AM
1.25mg'er AM, then 4HRS later .25mg (equals .5mg's per day)
2 .25mg'er in the AM, then 1 .25mg 4hrs later (.75mg's per day)
2. .25mg'ers in the AM, then 2 .25mg 4hrs later (1mg per day)
then back down.. (make sense?).. this just prevents taking it at night, which kills your sleeping habbits.. (t3 always causes some sleeplessness at night for me)...
last but not least, T3 is NON-DISCRIMINITORY to WEIGHT LOSS, whether it's LBM or BF, it will just eat away unless at least 'slightly' anabolic. Your effects will 100x's more effective in BF LOSS when 'on' and you will lose little to ZERO muscle.
just trust me when I say, do NOT take t3 unless you are anabolic, unless you care to get weak and lose muscle... other then that.. T3 is DEFINITELY a drug to be respected!
