IFBB Pro slash powerlifter Hunter Henderson has done it again; she set a new all-time world record squat with wraps when she squatted 305kg (672.4lb) at the 2022 WRPF FQ Classic. The powerlifting competition took place over the weekend on May 1st in Las Vegas, Nevada. Henderson competed in the 82.5kg (181.5lb) division, and she was the only female to compete in the raw with wraps division.




Hunter Henderson Sets New All-Time World Record Squat With Wraps
Hunter Henderson is no stranger to massive weights and setting new records. This lift was done while Hunter was wearing a lifting belt and knee wraps to aid in the lift.
With her squat at the 2022 WRPF FQ Classic, she was able to best the previous record by 10kg (22lb). The previous record was held by Chakera Ingram. This lift marks the fourth time in history that a woman squatted over 300kg (660lb). Henderson now holds the all-time world record for squat with wraps in both the 75kg (165lb) and 82.5kg (181.5lb) divisions.
Henderson put on an amazing performance at the meet, only missing one lift on her third bench press attempt. She totaled an impressive 715kg (1,573lb) on the day.

Hunter Henderson is an American IFBB Pro bodybuilder and a decorated powerlifter. She holds 6 all-time world records in powerlifting. Hunter Henderson beat the odds after she survived a battle with cancer when she was just four years old.
She didn’t even know what powerlifting was until the age of 23, and since then, she hasn’t looked back. Hunter competed in her first powerlifting competition in 2018 and has won every event she's competed in.
Apart from being one of the best powerlifters in the world, she also became an IFBB Pro bodybuilder last year when she won the 2021 NPC USA Championships. She’s competed in one pro bodybuilding event, the 2021 IFBB Tampa Pro, where she placed second.
Hunter Henderson is a rare breed that has excelled in both powerlifting and bodybuilding. At only 27 years old, the sky’s the limit for Henderson.
