At the 2022 NOBULL CrossFit Games on Aug. 3-7, 2022, in Madison, WI, the reigning five-time Fittest Woman on Earth®, Tia-Clair Toomey, will attempt to become the all-time winningest individual CrossFit athlete. In preparation for a potential sixth consecutive Games title, Toomey trains with her trainer and husband, Shane Orr, the founder of PRVN Fitness, who also coaches Brooke Wells and Alec Smith.
While Toomey and Orr spend plenty of time on an outdoor track or at a training facility, they also have access to a garage gym in Nashville, TN. On July 12, 2022, Toomey took to her YouTube channel to share what equipment earns its keep inside the “World’s Fittest Women’s Garage Gym.” Check out the tour in the video below:

Tia-Clair Toomey’s Garage Gym
The first piece of equipment in the spacious garage is a rack of medicine balls, wall balls, and dumbbells. As this space is primarily used for content displaying PRVN’s programming, the weights available are appropriate for those workouts. Toomey notes that there isn’t a pair of 70-pound dumbbells in the space as that’s not the space’s purpose. Likewise, the wall balls appear to max out at 20 pounds.
Next to those racks is a Rogue Echo Bike. Toomey appreciates the bike for its sturdiness and as a way to get in heart-rate work for those who aren’t able to run due to joint issues or the like. Next to the bike is a rig bolted to the wall that supplies Toomey with a pull-up bar for muscle-ups, toes-to-bar, dead hangs, and more. Additionally, it has J-hooks to support a barbell so Toomey can perform front squats, back squats, and overhead presses.
Adjacent to the rig ARE various weight plates, a plyo box, and a second rig identical to the first. The barbell collars are magnetic and connect to the rig beams — an efficient innovation that keeps the space clutter-free.
Along the gym’s back wall is a Concept 2 BikeErg and a second Rogue Echo Bike. Along the floor by those bikes are a pair of kettlebells. Adorning the wall above the kettlebells are fractional weight plates on a mounted plate tree. The main piece along that same wall is a Rogue Monster Lite rack that can fold into the wall for more useable floor space.
In the corner are a pair of barbells and a rowing machine that can stand upright, again for space efficiency. Next to the ergometer is a staircase, but in front of that is a large whiteboard used to write out the programming for any training session.

2022 CrossFit Games
Toomey ranked first in the 2022 CrossFit Quarterfinals and won the 2022 Torian Pro Semifinal. Her performances thus far this season suggest that she will remain atop the field come the 2022 Games and score a sixth consecutive Games championship. We’ll see if any of the other elite women can keep her from the top of the podium, but if history is any indication, it will be a Herculean task to strip Toomey of her Fittest on Earth moniker.
