I started my cycle 6 weeks ago.
37mg D-bol ed
625mg QV ena pw
400mg QV EQ pw
I started at around 208lbs by the end of the D-bol in week 4 I was up to 228. I am still 228 2 weeks later. I was using l-dex the whole time so I kept the water to a minimum. I am eating all I can-however mostly protien shakes, 4 schwartz labs a day and 3 meals.
Meals go as follows
Breakfast Cold cereal or cottage cheese and yougurt
Lunch-chicken breast
Supper-something healthy High protien
Shakes are 48 protien 6 carb
snack frequently on almonds and some candy.
I was hoping to break over 235 this cycle but that is looking not very likely.
