2022 CrossFit Games Individual Workouts 1, 3, and 5 (of 12) Announced

The 2022 NOBULL CrossFit Games take place from Aug. 3-7, 2022, in Madison, WI. The top 40 Individual Men and top 40 Individual Women will vie for the title of Fittest on Earth® over five competition days consisting of 12 grueling workouts.
The first day of the competition will feature four events. Aug. 4, 2022, is a rest day for Individual Women, Individual Men, and Teams, though competition for Age Group and Adaptive divisions kick-off that day. Continuing the Individual competition are two events on Aug. 5, and three more on Aug. 6, followed by a cut of 10 athletes in each division before the final three events on Aug. 7.
The events for both Individual divisions are listed below:

On Aug. 1, 2022, the first Individual workout was announced by CrossFit HQ — Individual Workout Five, “The Capitol.”
Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2022
Workout One — “Bike to Work”
For time:

Workout Two — “Shuttle to Overhead”
From 0:00-2:00 (two minutes)

Rest one minute.
From 3:00-6:00 (three minutes)

Run 600 meters
Max Jerks

Rest two minutes.
From 8:00-12:00 (four minutes)

Run 800 meters
Max Jerks

Women: 200 poundsMen: 300 pounds
