Individual Event Eight Results — Rinse ‘N’ Repeat
The opening event on Day Four saw the swimmers show off their speed in the pool. Jonne Koski, Lucy Campbell, Amanda Barnhart, and Tia-Clair Toomey leveraged their experience in the water. However, only Campbell converted that advantage into an event win. Barnhart caught a close runner-up finish. Laura Horvath went full beast mode on the ski erg and snuck past Toomey by two calories to take third.
While Koski did his best imitation of Horvath on the ski erg, Dallin Pepper and Khrennikov established and maintained cycle rates on the ski erg that could have created a whirlpool. Koski took third in the event, missing the win by six calories to Khrennikov.

Individual Event Nine Results — Hat Trick
The Hat Trick was aptly named, as athletes performed wall balls and dumbbell snatches for three rounds. The cumulative time determined standings in the event, meaning that proficiency was the determining factor. O’Brien wore the leader jersey through the first two days of competition and aimed to get it back from Toomey. Toomey’s costly pair of no-reps in the wall ball allowed O’Brien to shave three points off Toomey’s lead.
Ellie Turner was in the bottom half of the overall leaderboard but left the entire field in her dust. She claimed the first Games event win of her career. Malheiros showed why he is one of the best in the world when combining strength and speed into one event. He ditched the rest of the Men’s division to claim first place by over 15 seconds.

Individual Event 10 Results — Sandbag Ladder
The Sandbag Ladder was a dramatic display of grit, strength, and determination. Titan Games champion Dani Speegle made easy work of the Women’s division, clearing every sandbag in her path with plenty left in the tank. Jaqueline Dahlstrøm overperformed by cleaning more than her body weight to take second place.
Four men made it to the round of 350 pounds — except that wasn’t part of the programming. The event was initially scheduled to cap at 340 pounds, but Malheiros, Hopper, Fikowski, and Mathew weren’t interested in going home yet. Luckily, the production staff had a 350-pound bag to roll out, but it proved too difficult to lift. Malheiros and Mathew crossed the finish line at the exact same time — down to the hundredth of a second — to share first place in the event.
