Ok Bros heres the update mid way through...
Stats: 21y/o, 168lbs, 5'8", 11%bf
I just completed week 6 of my 12 week Test/Deca cycle
Enanthate @ 500 mg/wk
Deca @ 400 mg/wk
Nolva 10 mg/ed
I am up 3 more lbs last week bringing my total to 18 so far...
I decided to take all my measurements again yesterday to check overall progress in each area...
My bf% has increased only 1/2% according to the skinfold caliper, which is likely error or if not who cares right...As long as i dont go way up around 15 i think i can deal...I started at 150 w/10.5% so 11% isnt too big a deal...
Arms,calves,neck,chest,quads,forearms have all grown at least an 1" each...Maybe not the forearms...haha...but quads and chest have blown up especially and cloths are fitting really tight in those areas
Also my strength is strating to really increase...Especially Squats adn Deads...
Sides are all minimal and manageable...Do sweat alot in my sleep...backnae is under control...no stretch marks...
Im running the Deca @ 500 from here on in, through week 11 only...And the test is statying at 500 through week 12...im hoping to hit 175-180 when all is said and done...
And yes i do regret not doin the Dbols! Well you live and learn...
So what do i need to do to insure i get the next 10 or so lbs i want...anything?
