These pics of me was when I was @ 155lbs all natural, now I'm at 191 lbs(MAYBE not natural, I plead the 5th ) with about 7% bf. I will post those new pics soon.

Damn fine build you have! When you do take the new pics.. do them exactly as this one.. it's easier to see the improvements.

Those pics there where taken in June 01. I will be taking some new one's after the new years, thx for th input.
