Toomey published her full 23.3 workout performance on her YouTube channel. She navigated landing wall walks, double-unders, handstand push-ups, and barbell cycling with a large belly due to her pregnancy. For context, Toomey weighed approximately 154 pounds, heavier than her normal competition body weight of approximately 138 pounds.
Timing Toomey’s workout was 2012 Fittest Woman on Earth® Samantha Briggs. Check it out below:

The difficulty in snatching came not from the load or the squat under the bar. It came from the necessity of pulling with the weight more forward than the technique Toomey is accustomed to. This was to ensure the bar was at a safe distance from her belly. With the weight further forward, getting under the barbell is more challenging, and Toomey isn’t in a condition to fight to save a rep.

Not having snatched since the 2022 CrossFit Games, getting any rep was more than Toomey expected. When asked if the squat position under the barbell was a limiting factor, Toomey said it was actually a strength. As she has gotten further along in her pregnancy, she says her hips have widened, making the deep squat position quite comfortable.
