This shake is good for slin because it packs in the carbs, no fat, cheap, and high protein.

Yogert protein shake (no protein powder required)

This shake is great for post slin.

16oz skim milk
2 cups of fat free yogurt, blueberry, strawberry, keyline, peach are all good.
(optional serving of protein powder, this shake has 36 grams of protein without any powder added.)

Blend with hand mixer or in blender.

The taste and consistency of this shake is like the premade EAS Myoplex shakes.

Tried this today it was pretty good, the taste is very similar (but a lot better) to the EAS Myoplex premade shakes.
