cutting legs down

If you're talking losing bodyfat, I can't help you as I'm still wrestling with that demon myself. But building new muscle is easy......I like the hammer strength hack squat machine - squat as deep as you possible can (your butt should almost touch your heels), and then go straight to leg extensions holding at the top for a full second.....makes my legs cramp up for the rest of the day

Are you hoping to spot reduce them? I don't really think that's possible. You best bet probably is to just hit them hard - I'd especially hit the hammies. Going deep is good on squats, but I've read below 90 degrees mostly works the glutes.

I hold weights (by my shoulders)and do lunges in between my "normal" work-outs. 3 sets/of 10. slowly.

Anymore definition SF, and your quads and hammies will each need their own pant leg.

That was a compliment.

Thanks Auri :)

I just wanted to cut them down some more. They weren't cut enough for my first show and I was hoping to get them down more than that for the one I have coming up.

i have to update on this....I have been holding my leg extensions at the top, they burn like hell but this has been working..,I have much more definition in them now :) Also, I think from practicing flexing my legs...it has helped too.

By squatting that deeply, wouldn't that mess up your knees?
