Saddam's statue toppled today......Iraqi citizens stomped the shit out of it......seeing them wave American flags choked me up

i bet the rest of the arab/muslim world was pissed to see iraqi's waving American flags. I got quite emotional seeing them do that, it would have been great to have been over in baghdad and seen that shit close up though.

It was amazing to see that happening in an Arab country. I thought they all hated us.
What really choked me up, honestly, was after the Sept. 11 attacks when the Britts played our national anthem at the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace.
Our troops have definately made us proud, what a great bunch.
