Does your "load" really consume 30g of protien?

Someone at the gym was telling me that when you get off, your load holds 30g of protein. Since I heard this, I limit myself to no action during the weekdays and only on the weekends. It's pretty gay but I have trouble getting my protein intake for the day in and that would only hold me back.

Is this true? Is there any correlation between jacking off, having sex and losing protein?

The lenghts we go to get big...

One last q, why do bodybuilders refrain from sex before a competition? Does your testosterone level go down because of having sex?
 
No, having sex actually raises your testosterone levels....bodybuilders who don't have sex with women before competitions are probably gay:D

I seem to remember from my Human Sexuality classes in college that the average mail ejaculate contains 1.1 grams of protein.

but it had a lot more fat in it...

If an ejaculation contains 1.1 grams of protein, and a lot more fat in it... so it´s good if you want to lose fat, counting with the exercise you do before the cum! LOL
 
I'm trying to think of the body builder who said they wouldn't have sex six-weeks prior to the contest. I'm wanting to say Schwarzenegger but I'm not 100%.

I was told by a few people, including a nurse that your come had 27g of protein but I guess not.

I just had that earlier this semester and I don't remember what the actual percentage was, but I do remember it was a very minscule amount.
 
I plan on ridding myself of about 500g/ protein this weekend.
