Someone at the gym was telling me that when you get off, your load holds 30g of protein. Since I heard this, I limit myself to no action during the weekdays and only on the weekends. It's pretty gay but I have trouble getting my protein intake for the day in and that would only hold me back.
Is this true? Is there any correlation between jacking off, having sex and losing protein?
