This is what I do and it's by trial and error that I have come up with this. What works for me may not work for you.
I use Creatine and glut at 5mg twice per day. I start this 1 week before clomid starts. I also use clen or ephedrine at a maintanence dosage to help with cortisol levels that are extrememly high right now to breakdown muscle. When I train, I keep the workouts short and intense. No 1.5 hour long sessions. You aren't trying to build muscle at this stage. Just trying to keep it and your strength up. Stick to the basic power movements. No leg extentions or tricep kickbacks.
Mentally prepare yourself that you are going to loose some size and strength. You also may experience some lethergy and the blues for a couple weeks. Just remind yourself that it is only temporary. You will also not be as hungry as much. Try and keep up with the food as much as you can and eat somewhat clean.
about the only place that I see real drop offs in my strength are in my chest workouts.....I usually stop doing so many flat barbell bench presses and stick with dumbells, keeps me from crying from lack of strength at least
