I have to take the state test to get my Broker In Charge real estate license tomorrow. From what I read it is nothing like the test for a real estate sales agent, it is very tuff.

So wish me luck so I can get this over with and open my own company.

Good Luck, My boy just took it and passed it, he had to fly out to Detriot I believe because they only offer every so often in paticuliar areas.

Thanks for all the encouragement, I took it today and passed both sections. Man the Broker test (this is the test so you can open your own company) was very hard, the test for a sales agent was a breeze.

Now the real work begins as I leave to open my own company.

Actually, I'm opening a company that specializies in working with investors, that's pretty much all I work with now.

I'm pretty far away from you, I'm in SC.
