I dont know about you guys but im going crazy because I have gear and im dying to use it but I dont want to start until i lose about 30lbs more But I feel like POOKIE in a crack shop....
the shit is literally calling me BAD HA

does this also happen to you guys....
 
Yes, That's why I don't leave any around. Can't crave what you aint got.
 
I never thought that i would be like that.... but i know im going break down sooner or later just hope its not the drols that catch me

Put it someplace it'll take a couple of hours to get to. Like rent a safety deposit box at a bank a couple of hours away.
 
Im happy to see im not the only one who deals with this issue
i was thinking about digging a hole in my yard just so i dont have it in my room anymore

If the squirrel has the gear, it might be chasing him!
maybe try remembering that the reason you have the gear is not to take the stuff, but what taking it will do for you. You don't want to short change yourself, so make the most of it and wait till the time is right. The safe deposit box idea sounds like an excellent way to go if you don't think you can resist.
 
cyber are you serious? you honestly think if i do the juice now the fat will come off faster? what juice also? I think your trying to be a pain in PAIN_IN_THE_ASS's ass... lol for real though
 
No no. I meant if you bulk up now, the fat will come off easier when your start dieting afterwards. You see muscle mass burns tons of calories and so with additional mass your resting metabolic rate will go up, which will make dieting easier afterwards.

Normally If you eat right, you should be able to have great gains without adding a lot of fat. Not if you follow the 'all what is in my sight, I will eat -principle' off course. Off course it's your choice.

has it been covered yet? don't find anything in this post that said what I said.

And why am I wrong? I did what I said last time. I was too fat to satrt too but did so anyway. I gained a good deal of muscle, gained a small bit of fat, but my bf % remained the same, because of the higher body mass.

Now that I'm off I feel that my resting metabolic rate is up!!
 
No bro, I'm not saying your wrong. If I remember he's coming off an ankle injury and has extra body fat, which he wants to shed.
 
cyber im about 25%bf because i had surgery so i was laid up for a while but now i have gear and am dying to use it but some vets in here said ineed to wait until i get to about 15% very good advice but hard to adhere to scorpio has been keeing an eye on me i can see thanks SCORPIO
