eating clean

everybody talks about eating clean. bout to jump on a sust. cycle I am 5'9 165lbs can anyone give me an example of a killer diet to eat while on this cycle? If not anybody got a site or something I could checkout any help would be appreciated I am trying to lose a little bit of fat aroundthe stomach area as well so my abs will look more ripped but I am trying to put on as much muscle as possible on this cycle
 
chicken, fish all grilled or broiled. Eggwhites and oatmeal. I prefer sweet potatoes and brown rice for carbs. Eat plenty of high fiber vegetables. Tons of protein and moderate carbs. Keep all saturated fat as low as possible and have plenty of good fats, omega 3 and 6.

Dude, protein intake is key. You gotta get enough protein to get ripped. I wasted a whole cycle of gear because I didn't.

But yes, clean is key too. You gotta watch calories, carbs, fat, etc.

For me, I eat 3 protein shakes a day, 1-2 bars, 2 large chicken breasts, 2 cans albacore tuna. That's just my base for my protein intake.
 
A typical day for me...this is me cutting right now...
Meal 1: 2 serv. egg pro, 1 serv oatmeal 2 tbs of peanut butter
Meal 2: 2 serv egg pro, 4-6 rice cakes nuts of some kind
Meal 3: 2 grilled or broiled chicken breat 3/4 c. rice or 2 small pots.
Meal 4: same as 2
Meal 5: 2 grilled chicken or turkey or ground turkey and oat meal
Meal 6: large steak and salad low/no fat italian dressing
if I get meal 7: only protien shake b/c it is late at night ....oh yeah post work out I take 3 serv whey protein 1 serv. cell tech and then 1.5 hrs later I eat a full meal
