hey guys 2 weeks ago I was almost 280 and now im 260 and losing 6 days 30-40 min cardio and lifting moderately not aggresive yet Im only using 50mcg of T3 per day started it 4 days ago.... hope i could keep this pace so i can juice by june

Good job, increase the weights, it'll also help burn fat and calories.

i would have increased the weights already but i think im bullshitting because I got basically a free membership to Ballys and at this place you wait 30min between benches, dumbells, ect so that really pisses me off but that give me more reason to focus on cardio

as for food im not eating much of anything i eat 20 egg whites in the mornign then have a small salad at lunch and then i drink 5 shakes throughout the day

i know have to eat more much more

Be careful... it's easy to over train (especially if you're not eating enough) and burn up a lot of muscle!

i know i need to eat alot but im so busy at work that i really dont have time to eat Someone told me they use an IV and only eat one meal a day and the IV gives the body plenty of nurishment anyone ever hear this....

Pre cook your food and take it with to your job. Microwave it and keep eating every few hours-Your metabolism with remain constant and your gains(losses) will continue without you hitting a plateau.

As far as? What to eat? Calories?

How many calories are you consuming right now? 20 egg whites is @ 140 k/cal, salad(dressing?) about 150-200, How much in each shake?

So about 170 k/cal per shake X 5= 850cal+140+150=1100 k/cal. THat is very low but I would continue to stick to it along with the t3 until the losses slow considerably-Great start btw...

cook some chicken breasts at home on the forman. Take em to work and make sandwiches out of them. Also a can of Tuna does not take to long to open and eat.

The foreman grill is one of the greatest inventions ever for bodybuilders.

Grill some chicken or fish to take with you. Tuna, canned chicken are good too. I would aim for 3-4 small meals of real food, and 3 shakes a day.

I really don't like the IV idea just to loose weight.
