what week should I add winstrol to my cycle of sust and what dosage? doing 500mgs sust a wk or do you think a deca sust cycle is better

How long do you plan to do the cycle for? I'd prefer deca over winny, just my opinion.

10 weeks do you think that adding one of those will really add more quality gains I got another question I saw were presser was telling someone not to take sust because it messes up your blood levels if you shoot once a week . what does he me by that ? what do you think about sust? thanx scorpio
