back and cardio pumps

you need to do cardio that has less of an impact on you back and shins. For example while on cycle, I can't do the treadmill or stair climber and have to opt for the bike or eliptical machine instead.
 
i agree w/gymrat although i try to just work through it on the treadmill. its only a short time of discomfort 30-45min
 
drink more water, more potassiam.

are you on fina by any chance?
 
Just got home from the gym and another failed cardio attempt. I am givin up on cutting. Oh well I am still happy about my gains.
