on a cycle of sust 500mgs a wk. on a bulking cycle and have been eating alot and clean. I am getting big but I am putting on fat around my stomach. what can I do? stop eating as much? start doing cardio and adding some hydroxycut? need advise thanx

tell us what your diet is like currently... how many calories, the breakdown of those calories, and what types of food you're eating

I am 5'9 173 Lbs daily diet consists of
meal 1- 4 packets of oatmeal , bannana ,and a protien shake
meal 2- 2 tunafish on wheat sandwiches
meal 3-2 tunafish on wheat sandwiches
meal 4- meat and potatoes and a protien shake
meal 5- meat and potatoesand a protien shake
meal 6- [sometimes] cottage cheese

How many weeks are you in the cycle? Some of that extra weight/softness around your midsection could be bloat from the test.

I am currently not doing any cardio and I am not that far into my cycle so I don't think its the bloat. so you think crunches before breakfast will do the trick? should I add cardio or will that halt my gains?

Crunches will NOT get rid of fat..period. They are a muscle building exercise like any other-In this case the muscle is under the fat-Either incorporate some cardio or cut down your time between sets. The only way to reduce fat is to burn more calories than you take in.

You could switch the potatoes with sweet potatoes, use real oatmeal instead of hte instant packets, and try and figure out how many grams of protein you are getting on some of those meals. I'd also eat more meals (maybe a little smaller, not sure how big your current meals are). I was eating 8 meals per day, trying to get ~50g of protein every 2 hours. Also, you can help stay lean by not eating carbs after 6 or 7pm (so last 2 or 3 meals).

Yeah, and crunches won't reduce ab fat other than by whatever cardio benefit they have, and as your ab muscles get larger, you waist will be bigger... I personally didn't do any cardio when I was bulking, but 30 minutes or so first thing in the morning (maybe take in a scoop of whey or some aminos before hand when bulking), before breakfast, would certainly help
