I hit 35-and everything fell!!

Hi I am looking to find ways to gain tone and definition. I need work on my stomache, hiney, waist, and hips. I have just recently began developing problems with these areas....must be the age!!! lol Help!!!! Could use exercise hints, eating hints, anything!!
 
As we talked last night, you should look into one of the gyms you mentioned. Exercise is very important for good tone and general health. Don't sweat about getting too much muscle. That won't happen, and besides, it isn't like things will happen overnight.
Post your meals, like what things you eat and at what time of day.
check out the articles of interest forum, and the female fitness forum. Theres a lot of info here, and very knowledgeable people.
As you get the diet and exercise routine going, the shape and tone will come... 35 is definately not too old to start getting fit.

She's a girl. I stumbled on a AOL fitness chat board out of curiosity, and put in my 2 cents worth. She was asking questions and getting stupid smart-ass answers so I told her to come here. Seems like a decent person, just trying to learn and get a handle on things and get into better shape. Where else to get GOOD info than MC?
