Abs

Whats everyones take on doing abs??? i think if your not dieting then doing abs might not really serve a purpose since abs coming out really all depends on dieting to make them visable and if your not dieting why do abs?? i might be wrong on this but give me some feedback ...



p.s. what the hell can do for love handles?? that really target that area?
 
My opinion. Keeping your abs strong, helps strengthen your lower back. I do abs 3x a week and never had a lower back problem. I've read articles on it, nothing scientific, I believe it works. As far as "lovehandles" go, it's a bodyfat issue. One exercise I do for them is to take a broom stick, place it on my shoulders, hold it like a squat bar but with hands out much further, bend over slightly, and alternate twist, right hand to left knee, left hand to right knee. Give it a try.
 
thanks for reply... so the exercise with with broom stick are yuou laying on your back or standing straight up??/ im trying to get a visual picture of it kinda of lost lol
 
My first wife did a broom handle exercise, but she just rode it around the night sky.
