Noob needs some help

I dont know if this is the right forum but if not you can just move it, ok im at around 150 in bench and want to go to 200-210 and i whey 140ish . Im going to a gym but i need some help such as a schedule i want to be more rip, cut, etc than any thing else does anyone have any tips for me thanks
 
At 140 you don't have much to cut, so I would advise eating a lot of calories & high protein, and working on putting on some size & muscle.

What are your workouts like now?
