If your only injecting the b12 I'd do sub-q injections that way you get less scar tissue in your IM injection sites ...Slin pin are great 100iu is 1 cc. pinch about an inch of skin of your abdomin and injectito the pinched part....
sub-q pin size 100iu insulin syringe 29 gague .5" ( you would have a hard time hurting your self with this syringe...) it's painless
