when taking dbol do you let them dissolve under your tongue or do you just swallow them....

Yellow moons, purple horseshoes, green clovers , pink thais
Oh sorry i was spacing out there. Just chew them up . You don't have to let them dissolve.

slightly freakin' out now.....why do we chew them?? I haven't thus far in my very young steroid taking career

Only for the sake that if they are chewed then there will be less of a chance of the pill passing through you without being digested first.
