just hooked up a dsl line on my computer and I need to switch my musclechem account over to that new email address how do I do that?

Just go to user cp, edit profile, change your e-mail addy. click sumbit changes and the site will send an e-mail to your new addy. It should have a link on it when you recieve it, click the link to confirm-done.

I changed my email adress but it still makes me sign in after every department I go to what should I do?

go to control panel, internet options, then set your security to low which will enable you to browse using cookies. it worked for me.
