ok i am getting my friend ready for a competiton, he is about 5weeks out, big and ripped like a mofo. 5.8" 200

i need some advice for the last two weeks about the carnb loading and not drinking water and things like that.

by the way he is on winny prop eq
the prop is gonna be stopped 3 days b4
and eq 2 weeks b4
and the winny upto the show 100mg/day for the last few days.
