BCAA Dose?

Ok pre-workout is the best time to use them right? What dose do you think would be good. I am about 242 lbs (and growing). Training 5 times a week with weights 6-7 times a week with cardio. tentitan
 
I read somewhere 7 grams per 100 lbs bodyweight preworkout, but for the life of can't find the article. Some people also take the same dose post workout also.
 
The BCAA's are more than just a part of the amino acid profile. They are the aminos the body runs out of during an intense workout, and will cannibalize lean tissue to obtain. I use Beverly's MUSCLE MASS BCAA's, and they are expensive. I take about 4 before a workout, and 4 tabs every 10 minutes during my workout for a total of 28-32. This halts catabolism enough that I notice a marked decrease in soreness the day following a hard workout. This is the only time BCAA's are necessary. Used before and during a workout, they will provide increased muscluar gains.
