How much do i take a day, i have liquidex, everyone told me i should run this too

don't run it till you need it, and hopefully you won't! The ldex SHOULD keep your estrogen in check, but if it doesn't, this will knock the existing estrogen out. But this is one of those things that you buy and hope you never need to use!

Like Al said I would save it for signs of gyno, if they appear I would use 40mgs a day for 7 days then 20mgs a day for the remainder of your cycle, all the way through clomid therapy also.

20 mgs a day (1 tab). If gyno symptoms appear you can up the initial dosage to 80 mg for the first day then 40 mgs for 6 days then kick it to 20 for the remaining weeks of your cycle.

Lot's of places for ala... depends on if you want r-ala or normal. I've used http://anabolical.com and been really happy with the product and service.
yes tamoxifen is nolvadex. They are the same.
I doubt you need nolv if you have an anti aromatase. go with aromasin, liquidex, or femara and you will likely not need any tamoxifen. It wouldn't hurt having some on hand but I doubt you'll need it. I run test @ 2g/wk along with50mg dbol/ ED and one femara ED keeps all estrogen away...

Liquidex is great ..but it only reduces the amount of estrogen being converted...if you start to develop gyno, nolvadex(tamoxifen) is your only choice to reduce it or completely eradicate it..liquidex will not do this! Liquidex should be started prior to your aas cycle to prevent the estro levels from getting to high in the first place..and also liqidex will not prevent 100% of estro conversion!
